I use ducttape... get the kind of duct-tape that is really sticky.. i mean you have to 'pull' to get it off, not the kind where it almost comes off on it's own. This can be done with, or without clothes.. First, wrap up your legs. Just wind it around from your ankles (or feet if you want) up to your waist. Then take the roll (or another roll ) of tape and stick the middle through a broom stick (or some kind of pole). Then put the stick between two table legs. Make sure the table is a heavy one. If it's not heavy.. try opening the door, or just adding alot of weights onto it. Make sure you put the stick on so that if you were to unravel the tape, it would be sticky side up so it should look like this:..

Stretch out about two feet of tape, then lie down, and put your hands on it. Start rolling toward the tape. When you get to the end, just wriggle back and stretch out the tape. Just keep rolling, and slowly work it up (just kinda move down a little and let the ducttape work itself up) and keep going.... if you got the really sticky kind it should stay tight. After a while you can get it up to the shoulders. You can keep going, and work back down and up again until all the tape is gone, or just put your feet on it, and pull, and try to pull it off. Now you're mummified. This is quite effective, but one problem i can think of is sweat. If you do this naked, or even with clothes on, sweat will come from your hands. Sweat will make the tape 'unstick' like if you poured water on tape, it wouldn't stick. That's the problem, and you cna't self mummify yourself with saranwrap cause i unrolls too easily. Please reply with any solutions to this. but if you did it with clothes on to stop the sweat from touching the tape, it should work pretty well.
